NUMBER 1.

As you may know, I am a professional numerologist with over two decades of experience giving numerology readings.  I am an expert.  I’m going to do an individual post on each number meaning —1 through 9— including the two master numbers 11 and 22.

In numerology, the Number 1 is considered a powerful and influential number, representing new beginnings, leadership, creativity, independence, and self-confidence. It is often associated with ambition, achievement, and success.

Individuals with a life path number of 1 are said to be natural leaders with strong willpower, determination, and a strong sense of self. They are independent thinkers and tend to be innovative, creative, and original in their ideas and actions. They are often driven to succeed and may excel in fields such as entrepreneurship, management, or creative endeavors.

The number 1 is also associated with the idea of unity and oneness, as it is the first number and is considered to be the source of all other numbers. In this sense, the number 1 can represent the idea of the individual being connected to the universal consciousness or higher power.

Overall, the number 1 is a powerful and positive number in numerology, representing the potential for new beginnings, self-discovery, and leadership. Individuals with a life path number of 1 are said to have the potential to achieve great success and fulfillment in their lives, but they may also need to be aware of their tendency toward self-centeredness and egotism.

Are you Number 1.  All the descriptions of number sound very impressive, but the vibrations of each number reside on a continuum.  A continuum of energy spanning overbalanced energy and under balanced energy.  Where you are on this continuum is, well, going to be different for everyone and is dependent upon other elements that influence you.  So these descriptions are accurate but not nuanced.  To get the more precise delineation of the Number 1 for you takes a full examination of your numerology blueprint, which is your unique Soul’s Code.  I crack the code for you so we can see clearly who you are, where you’ve been and where you are going.  Exciting stuff.

There are four core numbers in your numerology chart that are calculated from your name at birth.  The name recorded on your birth certificate.  And your date of birth.  We also can analyzed, along with your birth name, any changed name be it from marriage or a legal name change.  If you were adopted as an infant it would be the name your adoptive parents gave you.  Your name is your gift and it is map of your soul that reveals who you really are and why you are here—-this time.

Example of the possible traits of someone who has a core of Number 1 on the continuum.  That is 1 is their Life Path, Soul Number, Expression or Birthday Number.  There are many other areas of your Soul’s Map where Number 1 can appear.  Careful analysis of how this affects your overall delineation can be determined by an expert.

NUMBER 1:  Individuation —  Independence  — Attainment

Positive Characteristics:  These traits tend to be obvious although can be latent depending on other factors. Much inner strength, Leadership capability, Strong personal needs and desires.  Feels it necessary to follow their own convictions.  Number 1 is the emergence of the ego.  1’s usually are concerned about themselves and their own needs.  Depending on the intensity this can be expressed in selfish ways and when negatively expressed can be overbearing in its desire to have want it wants.

Negative Expression:

Now just because 1’s are self-centered and (and represents the beginning stages of human existence) the opposite characteristics can be expressed.  Under balanced 1’s can struggle with dependency and may appear to be available at everyone’s beck and call.  Go figure.  This reminds us how energy resides on a continuum of expression from one extreme to the other.  Where you are at any given moment has a lot to do with how evolved you are.  Balance is the goal and that lands us smack dab in the center (not on either extreme of the continuum).

Some 1’s, lacking a sense of balance, may be so dominating and egotistical as to be their own worst enemies.  Sometimes they burst with over-confidence, making them impatient with other’s advice, unable to listen and benefit from others’ opinions.

Numerology is very complex and offers you extremely important information about your Self and its journey here.  It gives details about past lives and can explain why you are experiencing a particular difficulty.

As you may have learned, we all have many personal vibrations that affect our lives and numerology offers specific delineations of this energy–past, present and future. We could be in a 3 Personal Year, or 1 Personal Year. Each year’s vibration carries a different yet considerable influence or key specific for that year. For instance, if you are in a 7 Personal Year, this would be a year for personal reflection. You will even find yourself more introspective and less inclined to be influenced by external circumstances or your external circumstances will cause you to think and analyze more than usual. Also, since this vibration is so internalized, those interested in being in a more dynamic or in causation mode may find themselves forced to be more introspective. This happens in a number of ways which I will discuss when I post the different meanings of the nine different personal year vibrations.

You have to change your focus in a 9 personal year. The good news is that just around the corner is a new beginning. A whole new phase of life as 9 gives way to 1, the new beginning. Isn’t it interesting how we all anticipate the beginning of a new year? Perhaps we celebrate New Years because the idea of a new beginning is profoundly embedded in our subconscious and the palpable nature of this energy at this time makes us want to celebrate. Therefore, we celebrate this chance to advance, to improve our selves. We instinctively long for a change because the New Year marks an official new beginning for us all, and the opportunity to not only benefit from the new energy but to make adjustments and possibly to grow by staying in pace with the energy flow of your life, which is specifically mapped for you and can be seen through your numerology blueprint. But as we know, some of us do resist. In these cases, the universe may exert a little force to bring about necessary change, which can cause a year like this to be overly emotional and filled with perceptions of loss.

9 is a time for letting go, preparing for the new phase. Those who hold on to old ideas, patterns or people could have a very frustrating and even very emotionally challenging year; those who let go and accept the closing of a chapter will be better prepared for what’s ahead. This is more evident with regards to relationships because it can be very difficult to let go. The 9 Personal Year also warns of starting new relationships, or businesses because the energy is forcing resolutions, completions. It’s a culmination. Things begun in a 9 Year most likely will end before the cycle does. Going with the flow, even if it’s bumpy, will make it easier. Holding on holds us back. A 9 personal year can be fulfilling, you must be willing to cooperate with the universe’s call to action that something better, improved and even fulfilling is ahead if you can just let go.

I’ll be gradually adding the personal year meanings but if you want me to feature yours before I get to them all, just post a comment to let me know.
