Do psychics really have the power to bring a lover back into your life?
No. Some psychics, or people who claim to be psychic, will say they can guarantee they will bring your lover back. But no person on this earth has the power to control someone else's choices or make them return to you through some otherworldly power. If your lover comes back to you, it will be because they wanted to.
Why does a promise to bring your lover back feel so tempting?
You are in a relationship and you feel things have been going along just fine. Then suddenly your lover or spouse breaks up with you, leaving you confused, frustrated, scared, lonely and depressed. You are at your wits' end, wondering if you will get back together. Tossing and turning at night, unable to stop thinking about him or her, makes matters worse.
You start thinking "if only" they would come back. If only I could have one more chance to prove I am worthy of their love, or that I will change whatever they think is wrong with me. If only. You don't want anybody else. You only want them. Others just don't understand how much you loved this person; you have never felt this way about anyone before. He or she must be your soul mate, even if they don't know it yet. You just need one more chance, and surely everything will work out in the end. You ask God, the Universe, or maybe even a psychic reader: "Please, bring my love back to me."
Feeling so hurt and so vulnerable, you see an ad, or you search the internet for "how to get back with my boyfriend" or "how to get my wife back." You come across sites claiming "they" can bring your lover back! Your state of mind is so fragile that these words reach a need in you so deep that it doesn't take a moment before you are caught by the promise. You think, this can't be so. How could anyone bring them back? But somehow your reasoning gives way to what seems like a guarantee of the very thing you want. Your lover back!
I went through all of that because this is usually the sequence of events when someone is desperate enough to consider this kind of help. It feels like the only option you have to recover what you lost. It gives you HOPE! Hope is better than depression. Hope is better than believing you will never be with the one you love again. At this point you will try anything, regardless of the price. And trust me, people have paid a hefty price for this type of thing.
Can anyone really make another person come back?
No. If you think about it, it's something you would see in a movie, where a character has wizard-like powers to bring about what would otherwise elude you. Your life is not a movie, and in real life there are no wizards. And if there were, it's doubtful they would be presenting themselves to everyday people, promising to grant wishes for a price. Psychics have no dominion over another person's free will, or over the true forces that govern our paths.
Neither you nor a psychic can force another person to do something against their free will. Think about it this way: would you want someone to try to force you to do their bidding simply because they wanted it so badly? Of course not.
God gave us all free will to do what we decide, whether it is a good decision or a bad one. How things play out in life is based on your choices, and the consequences are what is meant to happen, so that a lesson is learned or you go in the direction you are supposed to go. But you must choose. It is not chosen for you, not even by God! Free will is the driving force given to human beings so that the consequences of their actions bring about wisdom.
What should you do if you're tempted to pay someone to bring your lover back?
Take the time to gather your good senses, because you know you have them. Realize that your loss has made you feel vulnerable and desperate, and that you may not be thinking clearly. An outrageous claim like this can set you off on the wrong road, toward even greater emotional uncertainty.
I speak to people every day about relationships, and time and again I meet someone who was promised by a psychic reader that their lover would come back, for a large amount of money (and it isn't cheap). These people get away with it because, out of embarrassment, no one ever confronts them afterward. If this has happened to you, don't waste your time beating yourself up.
There are no magicians out there who can "fix" us or the problems that will confront us in life. You may want a shortcut, but there are none. Never believe that a psychic has the power to control another person. Better yet, never try to control someone simply because you want and need them in your life. That choice, too, will have consequences.
