What are the Akashic Records?

What exactly are the Akashic Records?
The Akashic Records are a detailed record of your soul's journey from its beginning to the present day. They're sometimes compared to a vast library, or called a "universal supercomputer" or the "mind of God."
At their core, the Akashic Records are an energetic record that exists in the ether. It sounds abstract, but much like the internet, it's a real source of information you can learn to access once you know how. Think of it as an energetic library that holds every thought, feeling, event and experience since the beginning of time. You don't need to understand why the Records exist, only that they can be accessed to help guide your present life. That energy isn't kept in one place. It's everywhere.
How are the Records accessed?
Accessing the Akashic Records isn't something you can do casually from your normal waking state of mind, though some especially sensitive or intuitive people can do it more easily than others. There are real limits on who can access the Records and why. A clear, pure intention matters, and if someone's intent is harmful, access simply isn't granted. Going back to the internet comparison, every soul has its own "page," all connected with everyone else's.
What can you learn from them?
The Records can be explored in many directions. You might look into ancient civilizations, past ancestors or other members of your soul family. You can also look at your current relationships and gain a clearer understanding of why you're connected to the people you are, including how many lifetimes you may have shared and in what roles.
